Robert Gates is an IBM X-Force Incident Response and Intelligence Services (IRIS) analyst on the Threat Hunt & Discovery Team, where he investigates, analyzes, and models cyber threat activity. He joined IBM with over 28 years of network security and intelligence experience. Robert's career began in the U.S. Air Force and later with the U.S. government as a Threat Intelligence analyst. He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and CISSP certification.
